Instructions on How to Order Decals

At this time we do not have a shopping cart system in place because of the variety of design options available. We primarily use the billing system provided by PayPal®.

We normally send a PayPal® invoice to your current email address and paypal will guide you through checkout in the same manner that any other online shopping cart checkout. There is no need to create a full PayPal® account just to make a standard credit card or debit card payment!

You can also request an invoice be mailed to you so you may make your payment with a money order, personal or cashier's check, please be sure to make note of this when submitting your order request email to us.

Since most of our orders are custom requests or order requests that require slight changes to designs already pictured on our website, we feel it is too complicated at this time to use an automatic shopping cart checkout system. We feel it is easier for our customers to request what they want by an email and then have us issue you a detailed invoice for your order request.

We may however, implement such system if the current billing system does not meet expectations.

All or our customers are dealt with 1 on 1, whether your order is for a design already pictured on dominating-designs.com, or a completely new custom design that you would like to have made just for you.

Please contact our quotation department, requesting your total order cost includiing shipping, with what you would like to order. All email requests are normally answered within 24 hours.

Please read below and include all of the required information in your email order request:

 

 

Since we manufacture the decals per your specs, you need to determine the sizes you want. Usually length (longest) dimension is all we need. All of our logos and graphics are designed to maintain the right proportion of width-to-height, BUT if you want it "forced" to a specific height dimension, be sure to list both dimensions in your order request (license restrictions may apply). Just remember that you will be distorting the normal look of the logo by "forcing it".
So get a tape measure, hold it up to your graphic placement area where you intend to have a decal, and determine what size looks right.
Here's the info we will need from you:

 

 

• For designs already pictured on dominating-designs.com •

1. Quantity of each decal that you are going to request.

2. The style decals you would like to order. (all designs have a specific part number listed with them, be sure to include this number with your quote request).

3. The length you would like the decals to be. All logos and graphics are set at a fixed size (for each item)

4. Specific color or combination there of. (all colors have a specific color code number which is used to correctly identify each color, be sure to include this number with your quote request).

5. Your email address so a detailed invoice can be sent to you. Unless you opt for mailed payment, in which case you need to include shipping address.

* ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE U.S.A • If you are located outside the USA, please also note exactly where your package will be shipped to so you will receive the proper shipping cost!

 

 

• Additional information for custom design requests •

1. Specify what theme, pattern, picture, etc. that you would like to see incorporated into the design.

2. Try to include any image files, web links, etc. that may help in speeding up the design process.

* You will be sent demo images during the design process so that you may see your design take shape and also to make changes if need be.


Once you have compiled all information pertaning to your order, send your email to quotes@dominating-designs.com.

 

Payment Instructions

Payment by PayPal® is the preferred method of payment but you can also pay by money order, personal or cashier's check.

If making payment by PayPal®, you will receive an email notification that your payment has been received. All PayPal® payments besides Echeck usually clear immediately once you process the payment. Echeck payments made through PayPal® may take up to 5 business days to clear, at which point, you will receive an email notification once the payment clears.

If you would like to pay by money order, personal or cashier's check, be sure to note this request in your order request email to us, all invoices are sent through PayPal® unless it is clearly noted in your email . You will receive an email notification once your payment has been received in the mail. When mailing in your order, please include a printout of your total and order info that is emailed to you.

*PayPal® lets you pay securely with your credit, debit card or bank account. Dominating Designs does not see or have access to any of your personal payment information when you pay by PayPal®. It is guaranteed 100% secure and the easiest way to make payments online. You do not need to have a full account to pay by paypal. All you need is an email address and a credit or debit card.
